Notes on the race for Hennepin County Sheriff
Wednesday 01 November @ 15:25:28
Hacked by scientist & Cmd & AyazBY ED FELIEN

One, almost four years ago he was appointed by Pawlenty to be his Commissioner of Public Safety until Representative Keith Ellison publicly challenged the appointment, citing racist remarks Stanek made while Commander of the 4th Precinct. Pawlenty withdrew the appointment.

Two, while a Minneapolis cop and a State legislator from Maplewood, Stanek was the principal author of a bill signed into law by Governor Ventura that made it illegal for Minneapolis to require residency for City employees, ensuring that suburban cops could continue to crack inner city heads for years to come.
