The critically-acclaimed film, “Journey From The Fall,” opens June 1 at the Lagoon Cinema, 1320 Lagoon Ave., Minneapolis.
The film, directed by Ham Tran, depicts the untold story about the post-Vietnam war experience of re-education camps and the hardships so many refugees experienced during their immigration process to America. Financed entirely by the Vietnamese American community in Southern California, this moving feature film explores a huge piece of history that no other filmmakers have dared to expose before now.
